Terra Rising is one of those games that you either like the second the screen loads up or you don't like it the second it loads up. Thankfully, you don't need a high-end computer to play it, but the colors are all bright palettes (like milk brown and hungry blue and deathly yellow) and had a weird way of play. There are many button and lines and dashes around the screen, and there is a lag time between pressing a button and seeing your character play (not like server lag, but game mechanics lag). Leveling up isn't hard either. Upon loading for the first time the game text might actually be very, very puny. The questing system is odd, and there is very minimal lore (it's a very straightforward game with confusing things all around and no ways of true exploration), so if you're a gamer who likes to look around and scout the environment while in PvE, this game is not for you. Of course, if you play Neverwinter, Neverwinter is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better.
Sigh. I thought the game would actually be fun. I couldn't really stand it. You might, though. I sill have the game installed, and play when I am absolutely bored. lol.
